The new Gallup study found that the country’s female workforce is growing by nearly 12% each year.
The average woman in the United States now works at least 80 hours a week, according the report.
Women make up 60% of U.S. manufacturing jobs.
The United Kingdom has the lowest percentage of women in any country surveyed.
According to the report, the United Kingdom’s economy is the most female-dominated in the world.
The top countries where women make up the majority of the workforce are Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Canada and the United Arab Emirates.
